Future Plan
Quality Education for All

IPER plans to take up a major initiative on ensuring quality education for all especially those who are not in a position to attend so called elite schools of the city.

Come-in Factor

Guarantee a Come-in Factor than the Push-out Factor in the schools thus making the schools a welcoming place for all children. Orientation of Teachers to make this possible would be an effort that IPER would like to take-up with a partner with similar goal.

Adopt a Family

IPER has on its anvil ‘Adopt a Family’ programme as an extension of its sponsorship programme.

 Adopt a CLC

Another programme for supporting children’s education is ‘Adopt a CLC’ where the cost of a Community Learning Centre [CLC] would be sponsored for the education of 30 children for each CLC.

Capacity Building for the Young

IPER in its long years of work with children has found that nearly 25 to 30% of them leave school prematurely and they need to be guided for some skill building programme for an effective livelihood. Without this many of them loaf on the street and a huge potential goes down the drain. IPER is seeking to partner this programme with a like-minded organization for uilising this wasted or partially utilized human potential for the development of the society. IPER wants to initiate skill training programme suitable to these young persons.

HIV and AIDS

An awareness programme for the youth group and other stakeholder groups on HIV and AIDS would be taken-up. IPER wants to hold the awareness programme in schools both formal and non-formal so that the can develop as key persons for future such programmes.
